Here is the list that we discussed base= d off our conversation and additional issues that we spotted today.
Kale will prepare a bid for you and let us know how soon he can start. (= I told him that we were ready to get it on the market).

Clean = up some dry rot at bottom of trim around garage doors and touch up paint at= the bottom of the garage doors.
