Good morning, Rob.  I am writing to formally confirm that R&G Properties is=
 terminating your use of the 10 acres at Wheeler and L roads in Moses Lake,=
 effective September 30, 2024.

Please remove all of your personal property (wheel line, etc.) by September=
 30, and let me know when that is accomplished.  This timing is material to=
 us, as it affects how soon we can close two of our pending sales.  Let me =
know if you have questions or comments, or if you foresee any problems with=
 the September 30 date.

In the meantime, and for your information only, we are scheduled to go ahea=
d with a sale of the southern portion of this property this week.  This wil=
l not affect your completion of the 2024 alfalfa cutting season on the full=
 10 acres.  The purchaser of the southern portion, CAD Properties, has agre=
ed to your finishing out this season.

R&G is happy to have been able to give you rent-free use of this property f=
or these many years.  We wish you and your son the best in your other endea=
vors.
