I have a question for you about pro-rations.  The existing leases are tripl=
e net.  I suggest we let Stewart Title know that RDO is assuming all obliga=
tions for real estate taxes, utilities and insurance, such that Stewart Tit=
le does not need to pay the 1st half real estate taxes from the closing, an=
d no pro-rations are necessary.  Is that agreeable?

RDO has been carrying the property loss insurance for Othello and Coulee Ci=
ty.  R&G is carrying the liability insurance on this two properties.  Separ=
ately from the sale closing, R&G will bill RDO for the liability insurance =
cost for 1/1/23 through the closing date.
