I have a question for you about pro-rations.  T= he existing leases are triple net.  I suggest we let Stewart Title kno= w that RDO is assuming all obligations for real estate taxes, utilities and= insurance, such that Stewart Title does not need to pay the 1st half real estate taxes from the closing, an= d no pro-rations are necessary.  Is that agreeable?
