Hi, Cody.  R&G needs to retain a lawyer related to the Port of Moses Lake's=
 taking of a railroad easement from some undeveloped real estate we own on =
Wheeler and L.  At this point I have a question about whether we need a lot=
 line adjustment, and need help preparing a covenant to be given by the Por=
t to build and maintain a culvert under the rail to move irrigation water. =
 We may also need to litigate with the Port over value, depending on how ne=
gotiations go.  Do you have a recommendation?

The valuation dispute may end up exceeding $100,000.  The Port has appraise=
d the impact of their taking as $78,600.  We think the impact may be more l=
ike $300,000 plus.  We have asked Jim McCullough in Moses Lake to prepare a=
 competing appraisal for us.
