 for such a smooth transaction.


Would you kindly arrange to transfer the utilities from RDO to you, effecti=
ve July 29, 2022?  We will separately settle up with RDO for the time perio=
d between when RDO vacated the property and when you took title.  The only =
utilities I am aware of are water/garbage (City of Moses Lake), and electri=
cal.  I am told by RDO that there is no leased equipment at the site.
