Your dealership has been= a disappointment from start to finish with this vehicle purchase.  You= can check your call and email logs to see how many times your dealership in= itiated contact to keep me updated about the [multiple] changes in scheduled= production dates once the VIN was assigned, or anything dealing with the mo= del year rollover (the answer is zero)

Not correctly transferring the options in the 2022 to 2023 rollov= er is just another example of carelessness and absence of customer care or s= ervice.  Car dealership that chooses not to maintain currency with the i= nevitable (but in this case limited and trivial) changes in model year packa= ges is a reflection of poor management.  The only reason people use loc= al dealerships is to utilize their knowledge, expertise, and insight so an o= rder stays on track and gets built correctly.

The only upside to this debacle is that after the p= latinum/lariat lightning gets another production year under its belt we will= be trading in this Maverick anyway, and the upgraded pilot 360 assist would= not have returned its MY2023 $750 cost upon trade in.
